Yes. We set you up with Claude Desktop, which processes documents locally on your machine. Your client documents are not uploaded to a shared cloud server. When you send a query to Claude, Anthropic's privacy policy governs data handling, and you can configure Claude not to use your inputs for model training. We review these settings with you during the setup session and configure them to the standard appropriate for client-confidential material.
The Bar Council of India does not prohibit lawyers from using AI tools. The applicable duties, namely confidentiality, competence, and supervision of work product, remain your responsibility. ClauseCode does not replace your judgment. It gives your judgment a faster and more thorough instrument.
